Each company can define its task workflow, different task status, data shown to mobile operators from the system and information that workers report to the system as tasks are completed.
Krama GOT incorporates task templates for different sectors, such as commercial agent networks, technical and maintenance service corporations, insurance companies, radio taxi and logistics. These templates include different types of preconfigured tasks in data format to be reported to the system after the completion of a task, automatic task generators and automatic notifications to clients and supervisors.
Your company can use these templates as an easy way to configure the types of tasks it needs according to its working method. Also, you can make as many modifications to them as it is needed.
Krama also offers a technical support and startup service to set up the initial configuration.
OFFLINE MODE
Unfortunately, there are still locations where our phone company does not provide service. Your employees should not depend on the online service to keep working!
Krama GOT operates in offline mode, without internet connection. The mobile application stores data related to the user’s pending tasks locally. It also stores data that the user collects when performing each task in a temporary local file, and routes it to the server when Internet connection is available again.
